I am a 3rd year LLB law student. My sister works for bargain books as a sales assistant and thus by ordering my prescribed textbooks through them i will receive 40% discount. I ordered my textbooks in store on the 14th of Feb. On the 21st of Feb i went into the book store to find out whether they have arrived yet just to find out that they where indeed ordered but done wrongly thus all the textbooks where wrong. Christine then help me in re-ordering them, she really did go the extra mile to find the correct books. The owner of the store wouldn't even come to the phone when i asked to speak to her wrt my books being ordered via special order. Christine then did everything by herself, phoned to inform me on the progress and ordered the textbooks. This woman truely deserves a golden metal for all the hard work and effort she put in.
