Status of My Application for Registration

After countless emails, I am still waiting on the outcome of my application for registration. My application was received on the 15th of December 2012, and yet I have not heard from Unisa. Understandably, they must be inundated with applications, and I'm aware there was the postal strike which would have delayed matters, but surely I have been waiting too long now?!

PLEASE could someone HELP me?!

I'd really appreciate it.
