Dishearten and disappointing

Their unwillingness to assist a child with regards to rescheduling the entry exam date. When I called the receptionist was rude and unwilling to assist or forward me to some one else who would be able to assist. For a school that is all about uplifting and empowering young girls and giving them opportunities. That is not the image they uphold.
