Bad Attitude

Today I went to Rand Girls School to submit an application for my daughter for placement 2014. I arrived at the front desk at the admin office of the school the lady that got up to assist me was very annoyed at helping me and checked my forms i mistakenly filled in the wrong section on the form and she had no problem addressing me about this and made me feel like a 5 year old that did something bad, further to this she took the forms she needed and threw the rest of the forms on the counter at this point someone in the office was busy in this ladies space and the person i presume is a teacher actually made a remark about her bad attitude not towards me but towards this teacher. When she was done with processing the forms she asked me to sign and I asked by when can i expect to hear from the school she told me she does not know i asked for an indication more or less when she again very irritated with me said she does not know i had to accept that and left. My issue is i completely understand that I registered my child late and it is an inconvenience to her to do paper work but it is by no means acceptable to have such a bad attitude seeing that she represents the face of the school.
