Unisa Incompetent Staff Hide Behind E-mail Address

What a JOKE.
I did an online registration and payment with Unisa in December 2012. I received a request for additional information which I duly sent to them. There was no communication from Unisa thereafter. To date I have not received any study material and when I started making enquiries in February I was either ignored or bounced around to different people and departments like a rubber ball. Everybody hides behind e-mail addresses. Today I was told I am not registered and should go to my nearest Unisa office for assistance. What a JOKE because the Unisa office will probably refer me to someone else.

It seems UNISUX practices a culture of incompetence, lack of ownership, and utter disregard for people willing to spend huge amounts of hard earned money with them.

If you are considering registering with Unisa I advise you NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
