I am a Unisa student, i have been calling and sending emails to the center of business management since January with no luck, i fail to understand how such a big institution can have such poor service they do not pick up their phones they just ring and dont bother to return emails, and this is the same service i receive every time i try to get in contact with the univesity it is just frustrating.
