Poor service in change of semesters

I would hereby like to bring to your attention the poor service I have experienced in trying to change my registration details. I am currently registered for BCOM Honours Business management with three modules and have tried to exchange semesters on MyUnisa three times with transactions going through successfully but the semester change has not yet gone through. My challenge is that I have an assignment due on the 25th February and I don't know what to do as I have not yet received approval.

I have sent several emails enquiring the status but to date no one has come back to me as I only receive the auto reply emails. I have also tried to call UNISA but no one bothers to answer their telephones which is very frustrating to me as the student.
Can you please assist with finalising the change of semester for my registration as soon as possible.
UNISA needs to really look at their service charter and consider revising it because at the moment it does not care about the clients which in this case it's the students. Many of us work in busy environments but that does not mean we need to neglect the very people that pay our salaries because without the students UNISA is nothing.
