Always no answer when sending emails or calls

Im facing the same problem and its really frustrating as to other complaints to the Unisa Group. The same problem going on for how long now.

Its been now almost 2 weeks since my request sent from using this automatic thing on the unisa website. I call it a thing as there are no professional demand in using this tool objectively. Its really difficult when one are out of the country S.A and in need to find answers a.s.a.p. I have called there nrs and also sent an mail to Finan@unisa.ac.za on my concern and request, yet no luck.

My query refers - I was a part time student at unisa parow and have not completed the duration of my course. I have subsequently done a few subjects. In my query request sent, I like to get my credits report on my completed subjects.

My student nr is. 4488-894-5
