I dont understand why Unisa would on Nationa Radio (they had a spokeperson on Radio 702 in the morning of the 29th July) and say they respond to student's complaints and queries whereas they dont. I have emails that I have been sending to them and no one responds, when you call them the phone just rings with no one picking it up. This institution is a disgrace to our society!!!
