Is UNISA run by robots?!

I - and many other people I know - have tried on numerous occasions to contact UNISA. Both via telephone and email. The phones just ring and emails go unanswered. I am beginning to wonder whether this institution is in fact run by robots. I find it ridiculous that such a huge tertiary institution can be so unconcerned with the clear communication (or lack thereof) problem.
