I applied for an edu loan on the 11th of january, up to date i h't received any feedback.i call almost everyday and i get a different story.if its no the stamped statement its the employment letter confirmation.i called last week to check if they all the required documents they said yes.end yesterday i called for a feedback they said someone will before the end of business day and i didn't get that call and again today i called the lady by the name of Laurentia told me that the person i spoke to didn't upload the notes.she said she will upload them and treat this matter urgently and call by the end of today but still nothing.i mean really now... so disappointed...
