Security/access issues

I honestly don't know what to do. My fiance is in her 2nd year of studying & last year I had a sticker on my car for access. This year no access was given and I was told to email Mr. Wimpie Genis which I have done twice & not had any type of response to any of the emails & where the security has told me to stand as they where ordered I received a warning from JMPD officer that it is illegal to stand there as it is a danger to myself & other road users and against the rules of the road to be there. I did make a suggestion in the email to a possible solution as the situation is complicated & no reply. The first email was sent on Sunday 02/10/2013 & the 2nd email was sent a few days later again as a forward of the original on the 13/02/2013. We are today at the 22/02/2013 and still no response to it. I would appreciate answer.
