I have tried over the last week to speak to a manager at ADT with regard to the service I have received since I joined ADT earlier this year, but after emailing and calling I have had no response.
Firstly the sales consultant who consulted on our current system and sold us an upgrade gave us incorrect information on the system. I have tried to get in touch with him via email and phone and have had no response - he told me he would be our contact in terms of queries and updating codes.
I then sent a complaint to a general email address which was responded to after a week and the technical team did assist us but I have had no confirmation that the codes have been updated. And in the last week we have had response teams sitting at the gate with no information on how to access our property. After multiple attempts I still don't believe my codes have been updated.
In July of this year we spent R10, 000 upgrading our system and the only instructions we got were scribbled on the back of the invoice by the technical team on how to operate the remotes.
I don't feel I have received adequate service on any level and I can't seem to get through to anyone at ADT who can actually assist me.
