No feedback for completion of studies

Good day

Please assist, the auditing of Final Year Students was supposed to be complete on 31 January 2012, but everytime I call I am told that they are still being audited, more than 3 weeks after the process was supposed to be complete. My student number is 45592926 and I completed 32 credits for my B Com degree (02011), I would like to know if the qualification is complete or there is somehow something still missing because the auditing process should be over by now, and this also makes no sense because if you are still required to complete additional requirements, we are supposed to be told before the registration period is over, and this was 25 January 2012.
