Given incorrect login info and ignored

Last month I claimed my myunisa and mylife details, myunisa works fine but I keep being told that the mylife password is incorrect. I emailed the mylife help email over amoth ago and nobody has responded. I have now been blocked from signing in and cant reset my password because I haven't had access to the account to set a security question or gain enough information for microsoft to help. I have emailed the university twice regarding this to no avail. A friend told me they won't respond to emails that aren't mylife addresses, but the problem is that I cant access mine! I have also emailed numerous times to ask for an address to the Germiston exam centre because as a new student I have no way of knowing where this is. Again no response. Can somebody PLEASE answer me and help me with these issues??
