Unisa
No response to my queries

I've been a student at Unisa for the past 5.5 years, studying towards the BA Communciation Science, code 0233X. My student number is 43150306. I passed the last of 30 modules at the end of last year. I know there have been updates to the degree, so I'm not sure if I have now completed it, or if I need to do additional subjects. I have sent two different emails to Unisa but have had no response. The problem is, I see on MyUnisa that auditing will only be completed on 31 January, but registration closes tomorrow, so that I will then have to wait another 6 months before I can register for any outstanding modules, if there are any.

When I registered for the last semester in 2012 I checked the box that asked whether I would complete my degree at the end of the semester. However my status on MyUnisa says "Qualification not complete" instead of "Final year student" which I hear is what it should say.

Please advise what I should do.
