What did I pay for??

Good day

I would like the feedback mail that I received from UNISA yesterday on my query as I find it unacceptable. I paid almost R5000 for this module alone. This entire year there was no feedback from the lecturer on mails or any form of communication on the site for this module. can someone please assist me with my query as it is apparently not academic related which I DO NOT understand as every question in my mail has to do with academics. I do not think this response was necessary and prospective students should surely see what they are paying for:

When can we expect to receive our Supply Chain marks? This was my last subject for my honours course - if I do pass this subject will I get a certificate confirming my honours degree
Or how do things work at UNISA?
