Registration not processed but is paid for

Hi

I am registered for 1 module.thats great.

I registered for 3 " additional modules" on 12 December 2012. These are minimum amount paid for but " still in progress"

What do I do?
I have tried to contact several numbers and emails and SMS numbers, but none of them can assist me.
Plz help. Unisa's admin is preventing me from furthering my studies and it's not fair or professional.
