Eight months and still no academic results

I am finalising an honours degree in systematic theology at Unisa. The whole experience has been terrible for various reasons. The current is that on 9 November 2012 I submitted my final academic report, but have still not received my results. Emails to the exam centre have not been responded to. My professor has tried to sort out the problems (seems there were multiple failures) but still no results. Eight months later! It seems I will never graduate. With the closing of the call centre it is not even possible to speak to a human being. One is left powerless and frustrated. Not to mention extremely disillusioned with Unisa as an academic institution. I just want to get my marks loaded on the system so I can graduate and get out of there. My student number is 35923318 and the module is HRSTH85.
