Unisa
Contacting Unisa is a nightmare

If anyone ever asks me which correspondence university they should study through, Unisa is the last one I will suggest. I am currently studying for my Honours in English, and aside from most of the lecturers actually giving one no feedback and not interacting on discussion forums, the Unisa contact system is just ridiculous in general. If I attempt to phone someone, the phone just rings. Today, I have tried three different numbers and not had a response on any of them. If you send an email, you can expect to get a response in about three days, but the response simply redirects you to someone else so they can deal with your problem. I am still waiting for the results of an assignment I completed in July.

Once my Honours is over, I am never studying through Unisa again.
