Registration of 3rd year additional modules

Hi
I initiated the registration process for my 3rd year in December 2012. I completed the form to register 2 extra modules in my 3rd year. Myunisa states the following:
Application received on 20 December 2012, 09:01 - In progress
05 February 2013, Registration incomplete: Sent to academic college for approval

It is now the 19th. I have an average of 72% and I am full time. I more than meet the requirements of a 55% average. I have no idea what the delay is for? Please could this issue be escalated as the due date for 1st assignments draws nearer. It is imperative that I complete 2 extra modules for the year, as i will do my honours in 2014.
