MYUNISA LOGIN STILL NOT WORKING

I am still unable to claim myunisa login. i have not received any assistance with this problem. i got a response after the last report saying that i should be able to login in and i must contact unisa if the problem still occurs, yet no contact number was given and unisa staff dont answer the phones or respond to web complaints.
