Cannot claim myUnisa or myLife e-mail account!!!

I have been accepted and registered for UNISA and was told to claim myUnisa/myLife e-mail account but I keep getting an error report saying: "Unfortunately your UNISA account has not been created yet; you will not be able to complete your UNISA Login. Please try again in 48 hours" which I have been trying to do now for a week now. When you call UNISA to ask about the problem anyone you speak to has no idea how to help you nore can they referre you to someone else.

This issue needs to be resolved ASAP - alot of people need to get their online study materials for exams and time is really running short.
