NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MYUNISA

Could someone please help with the issues of accessing myunisa. I keep getting an error message saying that my account has not yet been created, and that i must try in 48 hours. this 48 hours seems to last for a week, and the 48 hours never ends.
could someone dealing with the web issues please sort this out as i have no study material and have no clue what is going on as i am a first time UNISA student. we are already half way through february. nobody at unisa seems to respond to anything.

please correct the problem asap.
