UNISA disregards students future

I have recently finished my Honours degree in psychology through Unisa and was shocked to find out that the BPysch equivalence programme has been suspended from 2013 to 2015. This was done without any prior warning to students. If this had been brought to our attention before we had registered for our Honours we could have registered at an alternative university. Now Unisa are saying that either we wait until 2015 to complete the program (and that's still contingent on whether you are chosen or not) or we should complete our masters. I am furious that they have done this without any regard for how it will impact us. They have put our lives at a standstill for 2 years. We will have to find jobs in the mean time, then if we are allowed to complete the program in 2 years time we will have to do an internship of 6 months. Does this means that our work in the next 2 years will be meaningless??? As it will not count towards our internship or work experience. Unisa's service is appalling and I urge anyone thinking of studying through them to think again. They don't even have a call centre where you can talk to people, they force you to leave emails which never get responded to
