How long must one wait?

I have sent an e-mail regarding my studies on 29/01/2013 and received an automated response acknowledging the receipt of my email request. No feedback to date! As I have seen others complain on Hellopeter and get prompt response, I think I might get better results in this way. No hard feelings.
