Confirmation of Completion of Degree

I wrote my last module in November last year in order to complete my degree. Prior to this I received an email from Unisa confirming that all is in order and after completing the module my degree will be complete, I have also visited the Sunnyside Campus where they confirmed the same thing. Yet it is the 7th of February and I am still awaiting confirmation feedback. I have sent multiple emails to many different email address in the past month but I have not received any assistance or feedback whatsoever. I need the confirmation of completion so that I can submit it to my employer and so that I can register for postgrad studies.
