No response to emails sent/telephone lines busy

I have sent three email (1st 11/01/2013) to Unisa enquiring if my BCom qualifaction was complete as I want a transcprit as I requite it to further my studies this year. Thus far I have not received any response from Unisa. Waiting for more than 20days for a reponse is not good business practise.
Please provide me with confirmation of completion of my degree urgently so that i can proceed with my other plans.
