IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT WHILE PAYMENT RECEIVED!!!

I had previously complained and recieved a response that my query has been sorted, seems like this is the only time i get some response from UNISA however, it reflects that i am registered but for the incorrect course!! thats why im complaining, i registered for communication science and changed my mind and decided to change to a Bachelor of Law, after calling i was informed that i meet the minimum requirement but, to my shock the registration for communication science was completed and i was later sent an email informing me i do not qualifiy to do a course in law, payment was made and i was unaware that the incorrect course was being made active, ive sent emails and recieved no response, i then called the relevant dept who then confirmed again that i indeed meet the requirement, i can not get through to anyone in the registration department nor the regional centers, how do i actually get this sorted out as assignments should be due soon and im not even registered correctly!!!
