Child left dirty in his faeces

To start of when you are enrolling your child, your promised the world but the "teachers/care givers"at the school live up to nothing, picked up my child from school early he was smelled horrible, upon inspection i noticed that they left him with a dirty nappy seems like it was from the morning. His faeces was dried to him and his nappy. I was promised a communication book, where its noted what your child had eaten for the day etc. When asked for this during the week he was there i was given a pathetic excuse that i have problems with me e mails. had enough of their lack of concern and frivolous demeanor removed him after a week
