Refund

Hi have tried to register someone through Lyceum college and was told to pay registration fee which was R3500.
I paid the amount and few days later that person was granted NFSAS to study, then i did not go on with registration at Lyceum and requested that they do refund.
I sent my refund forms on the 6th Jan along with supporting docs
Then i called head office and was told it was not received, i send it again on the 8 Jan and Lebohang Makoro confirmed that it will be paid within 6 weeks.
Till today i have not received the refund and no one seems to care.
