Multi-Tech College Fails to Honour their Word

Multi-Tech College (Reg:2002/018825/07) Offers a number of courses as well as Matric re-writes. I have long been out of school but wanted to improve on my maths and science grades. In 2012, after just making it into registration and paying for 4 months of study including registration fees R2500, i was told that i was not registered at all and that i should wait until next year to write exams. When i requested my refund i was then told i was registered (i never signed a contract for 2013) I then lost hope and decided to look for work instead and register with UNISA. Now in Cape Town, i need my refund. I have been speaking with the Welkom Principle (George: tel:0768305717) and i have been waiting since January for my refund. The excuses have been pouring in. All i wanted was to better my educatioin. I need my full refund including registration i was to and mislead by licensed education givers.
