Unisa never get back to you regarding queries, I have been querying my Registration for this year since 2 weeks ago, trying to phone, email, sms, no reponse. I register online all the time, I have no outstanding fees owed to them. Every time I register I have the same issue that they will not complete my registration until I send them my matric certificate. I sent them all the documentation on my intial registration with Unisa for my course which was in 2009. Still to date they say they havent received it. Now they hold back on my registration due to their own incompetence. When you try get hold of them no one EVER answers their phone or responds to your emails. I have already made my payment for the 1st Semester Registration, obviously they dont complain, because they have received their money, and yet I still wait to find out if my registration has been approved. Its absolutely disgusting, dont put deadlines to things if you yourself arent able to deliver. I most probably wont even get a response to this either.
