Nil communication

It is impossible to communicate with the front office of UNISA unless you go to their office's, but then what is the point of correspondence?!?!?!?!? I do not have time to visit them as I, as most of their students, have full-time jobs. I have tried calling on every number available on the website without any success - which I find very frustrating as there are about 10 different numbers for the info dpt. They are eager to take your enrollment fees and give you half the books that you paid for, and when you want to query anything it is mission impossible - they probably prefer it like that as it gives them more time to do what they are good at - "vokol" - If someone is listening please answer the phone and deal with queries - it would save students a lot of time and frustration!
