Failing to respond on query

Have been using the UNISA website on a couple of occasions without any hassles but as from 13th of September up until toady 17th of September I cannot log into their website from my person PC. What I found strange is the fact that I can log onto their site from a different computer. I have informed Unisa via email about the issue but still after a day there have been no response from them. I regard this blatant disregard of their staff responsible for the complaints and enquiries from clients/students as total disrespect. I even try calling their ITC centre but are put on hold for more than 20 minutes without any answer. I even try calling the number at my disposal for Unisa but their numbers rang constantly without any answer. I had high hopes for Unisa but with this attitude and behavior I do not think I would want to be apart of their establishment
