'Activation' for registration takes foreve

I am being pushed around by the Unisa staff in order to 'activate' my registration. My fees are paid and my necessary documents all handed in (twice now). I am now receiving the same email continuously requesting the same documents. This is frustrating as I have to repeatedly take time off from work to be 'assisted'.

I do not quite understand how my registration has to be activated if I have paid all my fees. This has been the third time that staff has told me there is a problem with my registration (ie. it needs to be activated), yet there seems to be no-one who can do such a thing. The staff then requests the same documents in order for activation to occur. I have given documents twice over the counter (the same documents requested) and I have emailed them (no response to the email).

So what now, the university takes my money and then wastes my time? This is not fair as there are students out there who would like to receive there study material and start working through it, also there are many students who work and are not able to just jump up and leave their work in order to be half assisted by Unisa staff every time.
