Refund for delayed registration

I applied online for registration and recieved all the necessary details, ie student number and all. On time for registration I submitted everything on time, before the closing date which was 15 March 2013.I was registering for BTech: Civil Engineering: Construction Management and my student number is 43117058.On the 26 February 2013 i sent all the necessary documents and paid study fees of R7700 via EFT on the 28 February 2013.After some time passed and i hadnt recieved any feedback from Unisa i started calling but the number that they have on the website for us to call which is 0124415704 wasn't working, it wasn't even ringing. I tried by making endless calls for weeks without any luck and sent endless emails. They only responded after the closing date via email and sent a letter through the post office saying several documents were still outstanding. I sent those documents by fax on the 20th March 2013 to the fax number they had specified on the email and letter which is 0124294150 and waited again. There was no response again for weeks until recently where i recieved a response via email saying the documents were still outstanding and registration was closed. I want my refund of R7700 pls
