Students get ripped off

I applied at unisa florida on 5 april 13, with all documents submitted, and application fee paid yet after 2 weeks I get an email saying I need to submit my documents online, I was inconvenienced and unisa doesn't have any contact details..and the ones they give out don't ever work however I contacted the application number and they hardly helped cause they were always offline. I resent my documents and can't get hold of them since..I don't even know If my application is approved or not! Do we as students need to defame unisa in order to get what we pay them for? Even if we defame them on sights like these they seem to care a. Its been 5 weeks now and submitted documents twice (online and in person to them) yet no response. Student nr. 54027373
