Damelin Correspondence College
Pathetic!!!

In 2010 I decided to go back to study and deciced on Damelin (as I was full time employed) I went to the cape town offices where the consultant (sedick) was very helpful but from there that was it! I received one batch of books and nothing more than that. I called in to the call centre several times but one keep sending me to the next person, and that one put me too the next person but no one could resolve my missing books issue. I then ask for a manager or team leader but happen to be in a meeting all day for the 2 weeks I continued to hound for answers. 6months went pass and I haven't heard anything about my books or the team leader that was so called busy. I then changed my objective to cancel and wanted my money back as their duties as a service provider wasn't filled. They messed me about once again, and said that a board needed to review the cancelationand the met once a month but they where back logged, meaning this was ongoing a friend of mine lemeeze signed up with me and she experience the same thing her complain is also listed here. How does damelin continue to trade and they blantly ppl. I paid for 12mnths and received nothing not even a call back. Help!!
