Unauthorized Debits from KRAYCAM

Good day I am writing on behalf of my sister-in-law. She's a victim of Kraycam.

She has been getting debits of amount of R99.99 randomlybased on her Absa account. She decided to visit Qbsa and they cancelled the debit orders based on the name and debit amount... but the Kraycam changed the debit amount to R129.99 which is currently taking place. The recent debit was in August 2013. Please resolve this ASAP. I am supporting one of the complainant who suggested opening of a case by all victims. Please resolve this asap. I am in the process of lodging a complaint with Speak Out on SABC 2 to expose you and save a lot of lives...
