Unauthorised debit ode

Good afternoon, I noticed that an amount of R129.99 x2 was debited on my bank account. I did not approve any such debit order. I do not even know who this company is.

The information is Kraycam 629451KrayCAM 130815 and SiyathCOM 67416405SIYATH130925.

I need somebody to contact to request a refund. I have two debit orders, one on the 15/08/2013 amount of R129.99 and on the 25/09/2013 amount of R129.99.
