Unprofessionalism, no feedback ever!!!

I went through to Parktown college, which has now become C.J.C month ago as i had a queries on my national certificate. when i arrived there, i was sent from one end to the other! when i finally reached a Little window, a tiny African lady come to assist. she mentioned to me that Parktown college had become part of Alexandra college and that they would have no record of mine. apparently i had to call the college and drive through and request to speak to a gentleman by the name of Patrick. when i arrived back to work the next day i called Alexandra college in hope to make an appointment with Patrick and proceed. the telephone rang a million times (without Exaggeration), it took me a whole day till i got lucky and a gentleman by the name of Ashley finally answered. he advised me that all the lectures had already left due to a function and had to call the next day! he also promised to inform Patrick of my call and queries and gave me his mobile number in case i wasn't able to get hold of the school on land line.
i have been calling them non stop until today and funny enough he no longer answer his fone! i am furious. how can my job be on the line simply because of inconsiderate people!
