Unauthorised debit orders

I discovered that stratcol had been debiting my account for the past 4 months on behalf of dre markert i company I have never heard of. I phoned spoke to Mary at dre markert and she could not explain to me what their nature of tbusiness was. I have requested dre markert refund all the money they had debited even provided reference numbers without any luck. I do not know who gave yo permission to take money from account bacause i certainly did not, which then costitutes. I want my full refund ASAP, or the ombudsman. Will be hearing from me.
