Cooper College
Unethical behaviour!!

My nephew attends Cooper College. His grandparents have been forced to fulfill the parental roles for the last few years.
They gave Cooper 6yrs of loyalty, full payment & support.
Due to financial constraints, they have had to look at placing him into another school. At the beginning of the final term of 2013, they gave Cooper their one-term notice in order to move him, but time ran out, so they had to ask if he could stay. Cooper was aware of the intention to move him.
We notified Cooper FIRST thing on the 6th day of the 1st term (21 Jan) that he had been accepted & needed to move.
Reluctantly, they agreed to accept this as our one-term notice. We agreed to pay these 3months fees, BUT they refuse to either refund the book/stationery pack, which cost R2600, or at least give them the stationery that they paid for. All we got was a handful of small items and about 6 exercise books. ALSO, a fee (R400), for a future outing, will be debited this month. He obviously won't be attending, but they refuse to refund that too!
I'm absolutely disgusted. All my parents have done was support their new school.
I won't down and ignore this kind of unethical 'bullying'!! I will spread the word!!
