UNISA INCOMPETENT AS EVER

Unisa has done nothing but give me grief since I registered with them. It seems like they want to hold students back kn life. This ix the 2nd time that they decided not to register me for modules which were required of me for that year without providing valid reasoning.

You can never contact Unisa and if you do then I wish you goodluck as no one wants to help, not that they answer the phones, when you call, you can just hear someone pickup the phone and put it back down. They have pathetic communication skills, like I was told I had been credited for most of 1st year then at the end of the year, they told me I not credited for anything. As an educational institute, they are highly inefficient and plain down incompetent.

As for the email address they provide, they never work!

Instead of drinking our money, start providing a service. There's way too many complaints online about Unisa, clearly that bunch of intellectuals are under the impression that they can run a large organisation, which ofcourse is untrue,
