I don't think I have ever been so disrespected in my life! These women who work at the call center department or wether they are clerks I don't know! No telephone etiquette whatsoever! The repeatedly put the phone down on me while I was trying to gather information from them. When I asked to speak to the instituiton manager they played the fool with me. Telling me about non-existant managers! I'm soo furious. Such people shouldn't be dealing with potential clients/customers! I don't know trained them to deal with customers like this. Utterly disgusted! I want their HOD to discipline them!
