No feedback/response

I have since been applying for a transfer from Potch Campus to Pretoria Campus. A lady by the name of Marlize Sanders is responsible for zeerust students. This lady never gets back to me and she always suggests to get back to me when talking to her on the phone. I have been waiting for her feedback from last week the 16th January 2014 to date. This morning I called the campus and I was told that she is very busy and she will get back to me (which she never does). I asked for assistance from somebody else, and some lady whom I did not get the name very well, took the student number and my cell number and promised to get back to me urgently. I still have not received feedback, can somebody just explain what the is happening with this college??? This is so frustrating and I cannot even begin to imagine what other parents, who are residing in remote village arears, are going through, who are not as lucky as I am to have the facilities to call time and again to get feedback!!!
