College Campus
Not graduating because of their incomptence

I was in College Campus in 2008-2009 after 2009 .I dropped out after completing my second year, then last year (2012) I went back and the campus moved to Parktown. I was doing my 3rd year. The campuses started being shifted again from now parktown to the main campus. My problem is I was supposed to graduate this saturday the 20th of April. I called the school 3 weeks ago and I asked them if all my docements were in order and "they" checked my staff and told me that I am graduating. They were calling only those students who's documents were missing. I was told by the 1st week of April I would be CALLED AND NOTHING TILL TODAY. We even had to apply for graduating so that they can see everything was in tacked, I INCLUDED MY TRANSCRIPTS FROM 1ST YEAR TO LAST YEAR, my ID Copy and my Matric certificate. Today I get to College Campus and I wait for 2 hours only to find out that I am not graduating. I paid so much for my fees and sacrificed so much to get my diploma and they tell me that the system didnt pick up my 2008-2009 results. How is it fault that they didnt do their admin the right way. NOW I am told that I might only get my certificate next year... I am so dissapointed.
