Cannot get a transfe

I was a student at Rosebank College Benoni campus. I have asked for a transfer since last year to Braamfontein campus. Until today, i have not get t!!! Instead of giving me a transfer they make me run around, every time they come up with stories. Please give me a transfer letter.
