Efund needed for breach of contract

Hi,
I would like to be assisted regarding the recovery of an amount of R8600.00 paid to Sound of Sounds paid as the registration for my son. This institution came to Polokwane and opened a branch. They advertised and my son saw it. I then deposited the said amount into their bank.
After some months they told me that our children will have to move to Gauteng as they were having problems with their landlord. I then called them to explain that my son won't make it to Gauteng due to the problems I encountered when he was in Gauteng. They left anyway. I then called to request that I be refunded the registration I have paid and they refused saying that my son attended classes. I said that it was not true because for school fees I was up to date. I told them that their contract stated that if my son decided to leave school I was expected to pay to the last cent. I told them that now that they are the once who did not honour their contract, I deserve to be refunded. Since then they never responded to my emails or calls. What makes me angry is that my son's friend was paid back because their lawyer got involved and because I don't have one, they don't want to refund me.
